Palm Sunday On April 8, we held our Palm Sunday service to begin Holy Week. The service started outdoors behind the church with the blessing of palms and a procession around the front to enter the church together under arched palm branches while walking across palm branches scattered on the ground in remambrance of Jesus' triumphal entry into Jerusalem. After the worship service, we created a banner for the newly expanded space on what was the porch of the church. Click on any photo below to see a larger version of the picture. The blessing of the palms started in the back. The entrance was decorated with palms. Tying palm crosses and the altar arrangement. Scenes from making a banner with handprints after church. The completed banner.
